USDA Grants for Senior Citizens

RENOVO – Preserve, Renew & Revitalize of Western Clinton County (PRR) is working with the United States Department of Agriculture-Rural Development (USDA) to help residents of Western Clinton County, which includes Renovo and South Renovo Boroughs, Chapman, Noyes and Leidy Townships obtain grants to help improve their homes with new roof, windows, repairs, etc.

If you are over 62 year old, own your home, have a recorded deed, have a photo ID, do not live in the flood zone and meet all other guidelines you may be entitled to a maximum of $7,500.00 in grant money for repairs to your home. Grant monies do not have to be paid back.

You are invited to attend a meeting on April 30, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Renovo Fire Hall on 11th street. A USDA representative will be present to further explain what is necessary to obtain the grant and also help youwith the application if you qualify.
