LHU Men’s Soccer falls at No. 15 Gannon

ERIE – The Lock Haven men’s soccer team fell on the road to No. 15 Gannon University, 7-0, in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division match on Saturday night (Oct. 5).

With the result, the Bald Eagles suffer just its first loss in the PSAC West this season and move to 4-4-1 overall and 2-1 in the Western Division. Gannon improves to 5-2-2 overall and 1-0-2 in the conference.

The Haven held the high-powered Gannon offense to one goal in the first half, but the Nation’s 15th-ranked team rattled off six goals in the second half to seal the victory.

For Lock Haven, Ethan Beck made a match-high eight saves in net, while Ryan Miller led the attack with two shots on goal.

The Haven finished with 10 (5) shots in the match.
