Two KCSD Employees Arrrested for Corruption Of Minors
LOCK HAVEN – Dana Ann Kitchen, 36, of Lock Haven was charged with (2) counts of Corruption Of Minors and (2) counts of Unlawful Contact With a Minor and Brittany Kay Koch, 29, of Beech Creek, was charged with (1) count of Corruption Of Minors and (1) count of Unlawful Contact With a Minor. The two allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to a 14 year old juvenile, while they were employed as staff support members for the Keystone Central School District. They were both arraigned Friday afternoon before District Judge Frank Mills. They were both placed on $25,000 monetary bail. At the time of this writing, they are both in the Clinton County Prison awaiting bail.
