Halfway to Hell Rocks the First Floating Stage Concert

The Summer Concert Series welcomes back the AC/DC Tribute Band, Halfway to Hell as the first Sunday night concert kicks off on June 30, at 6:30 p.m.!

Striking thunder with monstrous riffs and gigantic hooks, AC/DC is synonymous with quintessential rock and roll music. There aren’t many other bands throughout the history of the genre who can claim to have made such a massive impact, and still endure decades on. This is the reason why any tribute band attempting to pay homage to these legendary rockers have big shoes to fill. Thankfully, “Halfway To Hell” rises to the challenge, not only perfectly recreating those magic songs, but also capturing the electricity that defines AC/DC’s music (and moniker!). Halfway To Hell features two singers to cover AC/DC completely, with one vocalist coving Brian Johnson, and the other covering Bon Scott. Halfway To Hell provides a high energy AC/DC style Rock Show! Founded in 2013 by Forrest, who sings the Bon Scott and has performed in bands with the current drummer from Judas Priest, (Scott Travis) and former member of Badlands and RacerX, Jeff Martin. Hailing from Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, “Halfway To Hell” acquired a solid reputation as a reliable, professional and timely tribute band. The group provides the thrills of an authentic rock show experience and brings some of the most iconic tunes of the genre to life with world-class musicianship!
