Lily Hendricks Clinches Gold in Triple Jump
ALTOONA – The Central Mountain Wildcats were in full swing on Day One of the District 6 Track and Field Championships, delivering standout performances across various events. The Lady Wildcats made their presence felt by scoring 22 points on the opening day, currently holding the 3rd spot out of 6. Lily Hendricks led the charge for the Lady Wildcats with a 1st place finish in the Triple Jump with a 37-8.5Â score clinches gold and heading to states.
On the Boys’ side, the Wildcats also made their mark, earning a total of 11 points. The District 6 Track and Field Championship action resumes on Wednesday in Altoona.
