Central Mountain Tennis Falls to Lewisburg 3-2

LEWISBURG-The Central Mountain Tennis team hit the road on Wednesday to face off against the Lewisburg Green Dragons. Despite a hard-fought battle, the Green Dragons emerged victorious with a 3-2 win over the Wildcats.

Central Mountain’s David Lindsay in Singles #1 and Asher Talbot in Singles #2 secured the Wildcats’ only victories of the day. Lindsay defeated Eddie Monaco with a commanding score of 6-1, 6-0, while Talbot triumphed with a score of 6-3, 6-1 against Sar VishwaKarma.

Next on the agenda, Coach Jeff Brinker’s team will be traveling for a match against Jersey Shore on Thursday, weather permitting.
