Wildcat Tennis downs Millionaires 4-1

MILL HALL- Central Mountain High School’s tennis team returned to the courts in a dominant display against Williamsport on Monday, securing a solid 4-1 victory.

The singles matches showcased Central Mountain’s prowess right from the start. David Lindsay swiftly dispatched Shreshth Singh with a commanding 6-0, 6-0 win. Following suit, Asher Talbot overwhelmed Sam Radulski with a convincing 6-2, 6-2 triumph, while Joe McCluskey continued the onslaught with a decisive 6-3, 6-1 victory over Spencer Sponhouse.

In the doubles matches, Tim Brinker & Joe Caimi exhibited teamwork, dominating Spencer Kaar & Howard Chen with a resounding 6-0, 6-3 win.

Despite a brief setback in the second doubles match, where Ben Brinker & Wesley Cowart narrowly fell short against Dayne Feese & Joey Hillman with a score of 6-1, 4-6, 7-10, Central Mountain maintained their lead.

The Wildcats emerged victorious with a 4-1 win over Williamsport

Next up, the Wildcats will face Montoursville Area High School on Wednesday in a matchup against Montoursville, Lewisburg Area, and Hughesville, where they aim to continue their winning streak.
