Obituary – Patricia A (Pat) Putman
Patricia A (Pat) Putman passed away Monday, February 26, 2024. Born Patricia A Stover in Mill Hall on April 2, 1929, she lived her whole life in Clinton County. She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in May 1947. She was employed by FW Woolworths, Sylvania and Cox Cable. She was also a volunteer at Lock Haven Catholic School. She was an Associate with the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa.
Pat married Freeman Putman on Aug 8, 1947 and they enjoyed 43 years together until Freeman passed away January 19, 1990.
She is survived by her daughter Cece Putman and daughter-in-law Bonnie Phelps, Tucson, AZ and sister-in-law, Maria Stover, Norfolk, VA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
In addition to her husband, Freeman, she is preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa (Putman) Berg and Bob Berg, her Mother & Father, Margaret and Carl Stover, Sr, and her 7 siblings: Carl Stover, Jr, Cecelia Grubb, Edith Perry, Jane Miller, Norma Doebler, Jack Stover, and Joseph Stover.
Pat was a member of Saint Agnes Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 10 AM. She will be laid to rest beside Freeman in St. Agnes Cemetery.
