Obituary – Donna J. Waterman
Donna J. Waterman, of Castanea, passed away on her 60th birthday, Saturday, February 24, 2024, at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born February 24, 1964 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Kathryn (Brooks) Ludwig.
Donna devoted her younger years to raising her children. She then went to work at First Quality before becoming a caregiver.
She enjoyed reading.
Most important to Donna was her family- especially her grandchildren whom she adored.
Surviving are her children: Ashley (Jason) Andrus of Lock Haven, John “Jay” (Amanda) Waterman, Jr. of Pittsburgh and Alyssa Waterman of Castanea; grandchildren: Mady and Mariah Waterman and Gabriel and Kenzie Andrus; sisters, Dianna (Jeff) Smith and Debra Ludwig; and brother, Gary Ludwig.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Darlene Adams; grandson, Nicholas Andrus; and significant other, Steve Sample.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at her family’s convenience.
