KCSD Students participate in District Music Competitions

MILL HALL-Students in the Keystone Central Music programs participated recently at district band, choir and orchestra competitions.

Nine CMHS students attended the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 4 Band Festival at Glendale High School on January 11-13, 2024. Emily Bechdel, Samantha Darrow, and Greg Stuber qualified to participate in the Region III Band Festival in February.

Select CMHS and CMMS orchestra students participated in the 2024 Keystone String Fest at Park Forest Middle School on Thursday, February 25.

Choir students from Central Mountain and Bucktail participated in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 4 Chorus Festival at Juniata High School on January 25-27, 2024.

Kaidyn Rogers, McKenna Gray, and Kyle Haigh qualified to move on to the Region III Chorus Festival in March.
