Lock Haven man arrested after Castanea domestic dispute

CASTANEA TOWNSHIP, PA – Mill Hall police have charged a Lock Haven man with theft and possession with intent to deliver after a domestic dispute in the township on Tuesday evening.

Police said Thor Albert Glenn was taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility on theft and felony drug charges. The victim alleged to police that Glenn took car keys and a Iphone XS from the victim and refused to return the items. Police said after nearly an hour, with police asking Glenn to return the items and the accused still refusing, he was arrested for theft. As the investigation continued, police said, approximately 1.5-2.0 ounces of marijuana had been seized and a loaded FN 5.7×28 handgun was also seized.

Police said their investigation will be continuing.
