New Leadership Clinton County class begins program

LOCK HAVEN, PA – The first session for the 2022-2023 Leadership Clinton County program was held this month at the Annie Halenbake Ross Library. In addition to a tour of the library, participants learned how to effectively manage a meeting and understand different board responsibilities. They also were introduced to proper techniques of public speaking and got to practice what they learned by giving their first speech.

Pictured above is the library’s Lou Bernard showcasing the Edyth Hoy Bossert Gallery during the library tour. The Gallery is dedicated to displaying local works from artists of all ages.
