COVID-19 Update: New State Record Case Number; Clinton Up 20
HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health COVID Data Dashboard Thursday showed that as of 12:00 a.m., November 26, that there were 8,425 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 336,254. That is the biggest one-day case increase since the pandemic began earlier this year.
The statewide death count for the day was 118, for a state total of 10,213 deaths.
Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 20 to 609; Centre County, up 77 to 6,045; Lycoming up 85 to 1,925. Other area counties include Cameron, 24; Clearfield, 1,443; Potter, 192; and Union, 1,553.
There were 6,089 Clinton County residents with negative test results, an increase of 39 from Wednesday.
