Central Mountain Youth Wrestlers Do Well at PJW State Meet

PITTSBURGH – Three Central Mountain Youth wrestlers competed at the recent Youth Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling championships held at the Peterson Event Center.

Mario Serifini (9-10) 85lbs. finished in the top 12 of his bracket out of a field of 27. Mario is the son of Renee and Bill Serifini of Mill Hall.

Hunter Donley (9-10) 95lb placed 6th out of 25 participants. Hunter is the son of Stephanie and Jimmy Donley of Lock Haven.

Jacob Weaver took 8th place in a field of 27. Jake is the son of Amy and Jason Weaver of Lock Haven

To qualify for states the boys had to place in the top two at Sectionals and top two again in Regionals.
