LOCK HAVEN – Lock Haven University students on Sunday landscaped the Vesper Street Riverwalk Circle. The initiative was completed at the suggestion of LHU President Robert Pignatello, who also helped plant the garden, along with Gregory Wilson, city manager; Robin Rockey, project manager for enrollment management and student affairs; Jaimee Kester, admissions counselor; and students, Tyler Rothmann, Evie Russell, Sarah Bernhardt, and Deanna Miller. The Lock Haven city crew weeded and Rizzo’s Greenhouse and Flower Shop planned the area.
