Renovo Man Arrested for Witness Intimidation and Harassment in Ongoing Case

RENOVO – On July 9, 2025, Renovo Police arrested Christopher Hotchkiss, 39, currently of Renovo, and charged him with felony Intimidation of Victims or Witnesses and misdemeanor Harassment. 

These charges are related to incidents that occurred in the first few days of July 2025, when Hotchkiss allegedly sent multiple harassing and threatening messages to a victim involved in a separate case in which he had previously been arrested for offenses against the same individual.

Hotchkiss was arraigned on July 9, 2025, before Magisterial District Judge Frank Mills, who set bail at $15,000 unsecured.
