Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On June 23, 2025, at approximately 5:05 a.m., a crash occurred at 2081 E. Valley Road. Quinton Murawski, 29, of Salladasburg, reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and collide with both a culvert and a tree. Murawski and his passenger, Mercidieu Tidor, 37, of Jersey Shore, sustained minor injuries and were transported to Jersey Shore Hospital for treatment.
Rape/Opposite Sex
MILL HEIM BORO— PSP Lamar is investigating an incident involving sexual assault that occurred on Locust Street between June 19 and June 20, 2025. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call PA State Police at the Lamar Barracks at 570-726-6000.
Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On June 20, 2025, at 12:58 a.m., a crash occurred on I-80 East at mile marker 184.0. Soroh Mizrachi, 37, of South Bend, IN, struck the guide rail on the north side of the highway. The vehicle then crossed both lanes of travel before colliding with the embankment, where it came to a final stop. No injuries were reported, but the Honda Odyssey driven by Mizrachi sustained disabling damage as a result of the accident.
Hit and Run
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On June 20, 2025, a crash occurred on Jacksonville Road involving Brandon Keith, 39, of Oil City, PA. Keith was operating a Freightliner Cascadia and attempting to turn left from Peach Orchard Road onto Jacksonville Road when he needed to reposition the truck to complete the turn. During this maneuver, the truck damaged the roadway by pulling up several pieces of asphalt. The vehicle also struck a sign and a bridge before leaving the scene and continuing westbound on Jacksonville Road. A witness was able to identify the commercial vehicle and provided the registration plate number from the rear of the trailer. No injuries were reported.

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On June 20, 2025, a crash occurred near 3076 Eagle Valley Road. Melissa Fedak, 37, of Mill Hall, was stopped in the northbound lane, preparing to turn left onto Country Club Lane, when Harold Bower, 71, of Lock Haven, approached from behind. Fedak was unable to avoid being struck at the rear of her vehicle. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, and Bower reported a possible minor injury as a result of the crash.

BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— On June 19, 2025, at 3:12 p.m., a crash occurred at 455 Eagle Valley Road. An unidentified driver traveling north attempted to turn into the Dollar General parking lot but misjudged the turning radius, striking a guide rail at the entrance and causing minor damage to it. The Chevrolet Malibu involved did not sustain visible damage and was able to be driven from the scene. No injuries were reported. According to the police report, the driver will receive a warning for traffic violations.
Drug Possession
WOODWARD TOWNSHIP— On June 19, 2025, at 1:40 p.m., Trooper Hall stopped a blue 2005 Honda Civic on Woodward Avenue near its intersection with Mill Hall Road after observing traffic violations. A 28-year-old male of Julian, PA, and a 32-year-old male of Beech Creek were arrested for outstanding warrants, and a search of the vehicle yielded drugs and paraphernalia, according to the report. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.
Found Property/Drugs
MILL HALL BOROUGH— On June 19, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., PSP Lamar was notified of drugs that were found on Pennsylvania Avenue. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is asked to contact PSP Lamar at 570-726-6000.
Motor Vehicle Accident
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On June 19, 2025, a crash occurred in the parking lot of the Millbrook Plaza shopping center in Mill Hall. Elizabeth Sylvanio, 29, of Linden, was driving a Chevrolet Equinox and had stopped at a stop sign before proceeding into a four-way intersection without ensuring it was clear. At the same time, Cheryl Marzzacco, 68, of Lock Haven, was approaching the intersection from an angle without a stop sign. Sylvanio pulled out directly in front of Marzzacco, leaving her no time to stop or avoid a collision. Marzzacco sustained minor injuries in the crash. According to the police report, Sylvanio was not cited because the incident occurred in a parking lot.
Found Property
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP— On June 18, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., an individual arrived at the PA State Police Lamar Barracks to report that he had found a set of keys along 923 Eagle Valley Road. The keys were placed into evidence. Anyone with information is asked to contact the PA State Police Lamar at 570-726-6000.
Motor Vehicle Accident
CHAPMAN TOWNSHIP— On June 17, 2025, at 11:32 p.m., a crash occurred at the North Bend Grille, located at 11903 Renovo Road in North Bend, involving Ashley Zimmerman, 40, of Renovo. Zimmerman was allegedly traveling east on SR-120 (Renovo Road) and, while negotiating a left curve, lost control of her Jeep Grand Cherokee due to excessive speed for the weather conditions. The vehicle left the roadway via the south berm and struck a utility pole. After hitting the pole, the Jeep continued into the parking lot, where it struck an unoccupied vehicle (Unit 2), pushing it into another unoccupied vehicle (Unit 3). Zimmerman’s vehicle then passed Unit 2 and struck a billboard sign before coming to a final stop in the parking lot underneath the billboard, facing east. Unit 2 came to a final stop in the same lot facing west, while Unit 3 stopped facing north. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Disorderly Conduct
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On June 15, 2025, PSP Lamar troopers were dispatched to Park Avenue for a report of a house being vandalized. Through investigation, three juvenile offenders were identified and cited with Disorderly Conduct. Through further investigation, it was determined that Female, 38, of Mill Hall, one of the juvenile’s parents, participated by driving them to the scene. Charges for Corruption of Minors, Disorderly Conduct, and Conspiracy were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.

LEIDY TOWNSHIP— On June 15, 2025, a crash occurred as Trevor Knarr, 19, of Cross Fork, was traveling north on Stewart Hill Road, about one mile south of Old Township Road. The Jeep Grand Cherokee Knarr was driving experienced a mechanical failure with the driver’s side tire, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway on the left side and continue onto the soft shoulder. The Jeep then went over an embankment and struck a tree at the 11 o’clock position, becoming lodged against it. Knarr, who was wearing his seat belt at the time, sustained injuries to his left leg as a result of the crash.

PORTER TOWNSHIP— On June 14, 2025, a crash occurred on I-80 East at mile marker 172.1 involving Munish Bhargav, 33, of New Hudson, MI. While traveling east, the left front tire of Bhargav’s Chrysler Pacifica became deflated, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway via the north berm and sideswipe a guide rail. The car eventually came to a stop on the right berm of I-80, facing east. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Runaway
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On June 13, 2025, at 4:52 p.m., PSP Lamar investigated a runaway juvenile in the area of Nittany Valley Drive. The juvenile was located and returned home.
Motor Vehicle Accident
GREENE TOWNSHIP— On June 12, 2025, at 10:57 p.m., a crash occurred on I-80 East near mile marker 191.2 involving Daren McLeod, 50, of Texarkana, TX. McLeod was driving a Freightliner Cascadia commercial truck eastbound and had just negotiated a slight left curve when the truck overturned on a straight stretch of road. The vehicle continued east for some distance before striking the guide rail on the south side of the roadway. After the impact, the truck came to a stop facing east, blocking both lanes of travel. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Retail Theft/Shoplifting
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On June 12, 2025, at approximately 8:13 p.m., an unidentified male attempted to leave Walmart in Mill Hall with a shopping cart containing merchandise without paying. The individual fled behind the Advance Auto store, where the merchandise was later recovered.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
CHAPMAN TOWNSHIP— On June 12, 2025, PSP Lamar responded to N. Ransdorf Avenue for a domestic altercation. After investigation, a 16-year-old female of West Columbia, SC, was issued a citation through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.
Commercial Burglary
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar is investigating a burglary that occurred at Condo’s Welding on Draketown Road on June 11, 2025. This investigation is ongoing.
Motor Vehicle Crash
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— On June 10, 2025, Douglas Tressler, 65, of Lock Haven, was traveling west on Henry Street when he lost control of his Harley-Davidson Dyna Fat Bob while navigating a left-hand curve. The motorcycle struck a bridge abutment on the north shoulder of the roadway at its 3 o’clock position and came to an uncontrolled stop, lying on its left side according to the police report. Tressler was transported to UPMC Williamsport for treatment.
Harassment w/Physical Contact
WAYNE TOWNSHIP— On June 10, 2025, at 8:14 p.m., PSP Lamar was dispatched to Reservoir Road for a report of a domestic disturbance. Through investigation, it was determined that a 60-year-old male and a 55-year-old female, both of Lock Haven, had made unwanted physical contact with each other. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01.
Harassment
NOYES TOWNSHIP— On June 9, 2025, at 3:09 a.m., PSP Lamar troopers were dispatched to 12011 Ridge Road for a domestic dispute. Upon troopers’ arrival, it was discovered that a physical altercation had occurred between a 30-year-old male and a 22-year-old female, both of Renovo. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-03.
Theft
ALLISON TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar is investigating a theft that occurred on June 8, 2025, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. This investigation is ongoing.
Motor Vehicle Accident
PORTER TOWNSHIP— On June 8, 2025, a crash occurred on I-80 East at mile marker 174.8 involving Charles Horton, 56, of Millerton, PA. Horton was traveling east when he lost control of his vehicle, which left the roadway and traveled along the shoulder for approximately 300 feet. The vehicle then struck a rock wall on the south side of the roadway at its one o’clock position. Following the impact, the vehicle flipped onto its roof and skidded about 60 feet before coming to a final stop on the south side of the roadway, facing east. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, and Horton suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash.
Criminal Mischief
WOODWARD TOWNSHIP— On June 6, 2025, at 10:53 p.m., a victim reported to police that an unknown object was thrown at their 2011 Subaru Impreza near the intersection of Mill Hall Road and Woodward Avenue, resulting in a minor scratch to the vehicle. Officers canvassed the area but did not locate the object. One possible suspect was investigated, but no charges were filed. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Lamar at 570-726-6000.
DUI
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP— On June 6, 2025, at 9:01 a.m., PSP Lamar initiated a traffic stop on a gray 2009 Pontiac G6 in the 200 block of Hogan Boulevard. Upon investigation, Jessica Barner, 38, of Mill Hall, was arrested for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of a controlled substance.
Motor Vehicle Accident
LAMAR TOWNSHIP— On May 25, 2025, at 4:07 p.m., a crash occurred on Long Run Road when an unidentified driver traveling southbound left the lane and struck a traffic sign on the right side of the roadway. The Chevrolet Equinox that was involved sustained minor front-end damage. No injuries were reported. The driver was later cited for the crash and for failing to stop and provide information to the owner of an unattended vehicle or property.
DUI
LOCK HAVEN— On May 22, 2025, at 11:55 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted on a red Dodge Ram truck near the intersection of W. Bald Eagle Street and S. Fairview Street. According to the report, the driver, Adam Dieffenbacher, 42, of Jersey Shore, was deemed to be under the influence of alcohol. This investigation is ongoing.
Theft
PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP— PSP Lamar received a report of a theft involving an employee at the Nittany Minit Mart. Following an investigation, it was determined that Taylor Godfrey, 34, of Jersey Shore, allegedly stole $2,432.65 from the store between December 7, 2024, and March 30, 2025. Godfrey was taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, and charges have been filed through Magisterial District Court 25-3-01. The case remains open pending court proceedings.
