Guilty pleas heard in February Clinton County chase and manhunt following Clearfield armed robbery
LOCK HAVEN, PA – Craig Hauke-Miller, 36, of Lemont, entered guilty pleas in a pair of Clinton County cases on Tuesday. The charges stemmed from a manhunt and high-speed pursuit that followed his armed robbery at a gas station in Clearfield County in February of this year.
Hauke-Miller entered pleas to two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, eight counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia before Clinton County President Judge Craig P. Miller.
Hauke-Miller has already been sentenced in Clearfield County for the armed robbery to a term of 3 to 14 years, and also to an additional 2 to 7 years for his subsequent escape from the Clearfield County Jail in May of this year. He is scheduled for sentencing in his Clinton County cases in December, and faces a maximum term of up to 31 years.
