City Mayor Long Recognizes “Essential Workers and Volunteers” with Proclamation
LOCK HAVEN – Joel Long, Mayor of Lock Haven, Saturday issued a special proclamation honoring those serving the community during the “state of emergency” in the United States, Pennsylvania and Lock Haven. The document declares the week of April 5 – 11 as “Essential Workers and Volunteers Week.”
The proclamation urges the public to thank “an essential worker in our community’s health, police, fire and essential public works.”
