MACKEYVILLE — The Central Pennsylvania Auto Auction classic car sale number 15 will be held this Friday and Saturday at the CPAA facility in Lamar Township. A record 425 classic and antique cars will be on the auction block at the 15th annual event.

Classic car dealers and fans from across the country will be in attendance for the sale which is open to the public (admission charge is $10). For the first time this year’s auction will receive live audio/video coverage on therecord-online, beginning at 9 a.m. Friday.

Auction owner Grant Miller said the classic auction has grown from an occasional classic vehicle sale at the weekly Thursday CPAA auctions into a once-a-year classic event on the third weekend of July.
