Linnippi Village residents get their clean water back
WAYNE TOWJNSHIP, PA – The City of Lock Haven Thursday gave the all-clear to the residents on several streets in Linnippi Village in Wayne Township who had not been able to drink their tap water since June 27.
City Hall posted word of the okay for city water customers on Cochise Trail, Geronimo Trail and Hiawatha Trail:
END BOIL ADVISORY:
This message is for residents of Cochise Trail, Hiawatha Trail, Geronimo Trail and Iroquois Trail. On Tuesday, June 27, 2023 residents of this area were advised to boil water before using because of a power outage. We are pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil your water before using. The break has been repaired and the water has been tested twice over a two-day period and is free of contamination. Again, it is no longer necessary to boil your water before use.
