Wildcat tennis notches narrow road win over Bulldogs

JERSEY SHORE, PA – In a back-and-forth match, the Central Mountain boys’ tennis team pulled out a 3-2 over Jersey Shore on Thursday.

The Wildcats took two of three of the singles and split the doubles to earn the win, following a loss the day before to Lewisburg, a point not lost on coach Jeff Brinker: “The Wildcats played a nice match today. They battled back from a tough loss the day before. The boys were able to overcome adversity today and get some crucial points at pivotal times to pull out the win.”
