Neighbors Helping Neighbors

LOCK HAVEN – Team members from STEP Inc.’s Clinton County Community Center in Lock Haven present canned and boxed food items to The Salvation Army as part of STEP’s annual Neighbors in Need Food Drive. STEP employees in Clinton and Lycoming counties participated in the food collection. The Salvation Army in Lock Haven has served more than 20,600 hot lunches and filled nearly 5,100 grocery orders so far this year.
