LOCK HAVEN — A Bellefonte Avenue at Commerce Street lot in the news recently as a possible site for a new CVS drugstore is in the news again this week for another reason. The Record has learned that City of Lock Haven officials are doing an in-house check to see if businessman Jordan Sheffer had the proper permitting done to relocate his mobile Pizza House Express from its W. Main St. location to the Avenue site. The land in question is owned by Robert Rosemeier, its sale up in the air over terms of a sales agreement. Meanwhile the pizza shop opened for business on Monday of this week. Sheffer has indicated it is a temporary location until Lock Haven University students return to campus next month.
