Shelter in place directive remains in place along Lamar Township/Greene Township line

FLEMINGTON, PA – The Clinton County Department of Emergency Services on Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. issued its first update since a Wednesday afternoon announcement about a police search for a robbery suspect along the Lamar Township/Greene Township line in the vicinity of Long Run Road:

Suspect remains at large and the law enforcement search continues. Residents of the area are advised to keep homes and vehicles locked and secured. This post should be considered valid until further notice. Post will be updated when there is a status change to report.

ATTENTION: Residents of the Spruce Run Rd area of Lamar Township and Greene Township. Includes Nittany Ridge Rd, Brungard Rd, and the vicinity. Shelter in Place until further notice due to law enforcement activity.
Police are searching for a robbery suspect in the area described as a white male, brown hair, 5’9″ tall, 170lbs. Suspect may be armed. Suspect is believed to be on foot, wearing blue jeans, unknown further clothing description at this time.
If seen, do not approach and call 9-1-1.
