Prospective Suspect Reported in Custody
LOCK HAVEN – A city man remains in critical condition and a reported fellow W. Main St. resident is in custody following a shooting incident at their home Friday night.
Casey Farley, 51, of 527 W. Main St. remains in critical condition at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Life-flighted there Friday night following the shooting.
City police chief Keith Kibler today said the police investigation is ongoing at this time but no charges have been filed against anyone and no further information would be released.
Meanwhile The Record has learned another man, also a resident at the same home, has been detained at the Clinton County Correctional Facility on other charges not related to the Friday incident; chief Kibler would not comment on that report.
Witnesses at the scene of the shooting said the second resident was seen inside a police cruiser following the incident. They also said law enforcement officials had been called to the home during the previous 24 hours due to a reported dispute among the residents there.
