Bucktail High School to Host Annual Veterans Day Assembly

FARWELL, PA – Bucktail Middle/Senior High School will host the annual Veterans Day Assembly Program on Friday November 11,2022 in the Dale Florey High School Gymnasium.

The assembly will begin at 10:00 am. The theme of the assembly this year is “Duty, Honor, Country” There will be singing, video presentations, and speeches to honor our veterans.

Dr. Jodi Wilson, former Captain US Army Veterinary Corps, and Dr. Christina Livingston, Veterinarian will provide insight into our military service animals and their adoption after retirement.

Guest Speakers will also include Dr. Kevin Wilson, DO FAAFP former Lieutenant Commander United States Navy Medical Corps and Lieutenant Harold “Dutch” Rinker, Pennsylvania State Trooper Retired and US Air Force Veteran.

Charlize Kepler will also be on hand with her beautiful voice singing “Travelin’ Soldier.”
