MILL HALL – The holiday season is in full swing across Clinton County. Last Sunday saw hundreds of youngsters converge on the Mill Hall Fire Hall as the Kiwanis Club of Bald Eagle and Nittany Valleys staged its first annual Christmas Workshop for children. And Santa Claus, right, didn’t let a little Saturday night rain dampen his appearance at Lock Haven’s annual Christmas parade; he stopped off at his temporary home at Triangle Park to announce he is open for visits with youngsters between now and Christmas.
