Citizens Hose Company Offering Live Entertainment
South Renovo approves noise waiver/ outdoor event permit for the event
Citizens Hose Company in South Renovo recently announced they would be providing entertainment on Flaming Foliage weekend. The event is free for everyone as a thank you for continued support. Snacks and refreshments will be available to purchase and you are welcome to bring chairs and tents. BYOB is permitted for the event.
Members of the fire company are excited to present Cass and The Bailout Crew. They will be performing Saturday, October 15 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Citizens Hose Company of South Renovo at the pavilion.
Formed in 2019, Williamsport-based roots rock band Cass and The Bailout Crew, has quickly developed a loyal fan base in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. The band released its first full length album Room To Breathe in May 2021and several singles since that have received airplay in State College, Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Hazelton and markets in New York state.
Lock Haven native and lead singer Cass Chatham is a gifted vocalist. She sings with authority, passion, and dynamic range… fans have dubbed her the “vibrato queen of the east.” Cass feels every note, and so does the audience.
The Bailout Crew draws from over 30 years of professional musical experience and provide an undeniably talented musical backdrop to her growling vocals and dynamic stage presence.
Keeping the fun alive, Jason Dumm will then perform acoustically from 9:30 to midnight.
With collective musical involvement reaching back through numerous bands and genres, Dumm’s experience is evident in his music. Jason has a background in bluegrass, with his father being a seasoned rhythm guitarist and his mother being an accomplished singer. Dumm has been behind every instrument on stage and started out as a drummer at the age four. Cutting his teeth throughout the years in bands such as Mia Mafia, Bits & Pieces, Honkytonk Highway, Voodoo Bullet, and most recently as Gas Station Disco’s charismatic front man.
Along with the entertainment, you can also expect to see JB Festie Foods selling their famous egg rolls all weekend at Citizens.
Residents of South Renovo should be aware that South Renovo Borough has approved a Noise Waiver and Outdoor Event permit for the event at Citizens Hose Company, South Renovo for Saturday, October 15, 2022. The waiver will extend the noise curfew from 11:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. Sunday, October 16, 2022.
