MILTON, PA- The CM Boys soccer traveled to Milton on Tuesday night for a PHAC match. Two shots from distance found the back of the net for Milton to make it 2-0 going into halftime. CM was able to build a few solid chances in the second half trying to get a goal, but were shutout by the Milton keeper. The Wildcat defense and goalie Kyle Stahl kept Milton off the board in the second half.
Facing a few injuries as the season gets into it’s grind, the Wildcats were without two starters with another few guys unable to play at 100%. Freshmen Dylan Bechdel and Cole Cooper, and Junior Colby Bakaj played meaningful minutes off the bench.
JV won 3-0, with goals by Nolan Cross and two by Bechdel. They remain unbeaten on the season.
Wildcats are back at home on Thursday vs. Danville, who come in with an 8-2 record. |
