Bargains and Blessings Community Closet is an outreach of Faith Chapel United Methodist Church, Howard.
This mobile thrift store serves Beech Creek, Blanchard, Howard, and surrounding areas and proceeds benefit outreach in the local community.

There are two sales scheduled for this fall. The first will take place on Saturday, September 17 from 9:00 a.m. to noon in the First Commonwealth Bank parking lot, 250 Main Street, Beech Creek, PA, weather permitting.

The second is scheduled for Saturday, October 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the Faith Chapel UMC fellowship hall located at 551 Hunter Run Road, Howard (off Route 150 near Bald Eagle State Park). Enter through the side door off the lower parking lot. This sale will be held rain or shine.

Gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories are priced at $5.00 per bag, cash only, and bags are furnished. Sizes range from infants through 3X for both men and women.

There will be coffee, water, and bagged snacks available, so stop by to check out the bargains and have a little snack.
