BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – The Keystone Central School District is in the market for a new business manager. According to the agenda for this Thursday’s school board work session, Blesh’s resignation is effective Sept. 18. The district posted word of a vacancy in the business manager position online on Monday.
The Record has learned that Blesh will become the Director of Business Operations for Penn State University’s College of Agriculture Sciences. She had been hired as the Keystone Central Business Manager in April of 2013 after four years in financial matters at Lock Haven University.
The school district posting on the job vacancy said the application deadline for a business manager is Sept. 20 with a new hire “on or about” Nov. 10.
In confirming her departure from the school district, Blesh said, “I would like to express my sincere appreciation for all the staff at KCSD. The work they do makes a difference in the lives of the children they interact with every day, which creates a greater good in the community in which we live. Although I am moving on to something new, I am grateful I had the opportunity to be part of something that serves so many. I wish them all the best.”
