Central Pennsylvania Auto Auction classic sale set for Friday, Saturday
MACKEYVILLE, PA – This is a big week for classic car lovers in Clinton County. Friday and Saturday will mark the 21st annual antique and classic car auction at the Central Pennsylvania Auto Auction near Mackeyville.
The annual auction event will begin on Friday at 9 a.m. with 225 vehicles on the auction block and resume on Saturday at 9 a.m. with another 175 vehicles up for auction. The auction is located half a mile off Interstate 80 at Exit 178.
Again this year the auction is receiving live audio/video coverage on therecord-online, both Friday and Saturday until the sale is completed.
Auction founder and owner Grant Miller said the classic auction has grown from an occasional classic vehicle sale at the weekly Thursday CPAA auctions into a once-a-year classic event on the third weekend of July. The event draws car enthusiasts from up and down the East Coast and elsewhere across the country.
