Marshalls announced as new tenant at Millbrook Plaza, Hogan Boulevard

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – Millbrook Plaza has posted word of a new tenant for the Hogan Boulevard shopping center: Marshalls, a Massachusetts-based department store. The Millbrook online message said Marshalls will be opening this fall.

The new store will utilize a portion of the unused square footage from the old Kmart site towards the plaza’s east end; between the Ollie’s and Harbor Freight stores. A check at the site Saturday showed initial refurbishing underway.

Wikipedia says Marshalls is an American chain of off-price department stores, headquartered in Framingham, MA and owned by TJX Companies with over 1,000 stores in 42 states.

Millbrook Plaza is owned by Zamagias Properties of Pittsburgh and last year celebrated its 30th year in Bald Eagle Township.
