Pancakes galore set for Sunday at Piper Airport fly-in breakfast

LOCK HAVEN, PA – It’s a spring-time regular for aviation enthusiasts and pancake lovers. Everything is in readiness as Sunday, May 1 the Sentimental Journey to Cub Haven presents its Pancake Breakfast Fly-In/Drive-In at Hangar 1 at Piper Memorial Airport.

A fundraiser for the annual Sentimental Journey to Cub Haven in June, this Sunday’s breakfast is from 8 a.m. to noon and as noted by event organizers: “All you can eat…plan to arrive hungry.” The price is $10 for adults, $5 for ages 6 to 17 and those 5 and under eat free.

Meanwhile the 36th annual Sentimental Journey to Cub Haven will be held from Tuesday, June 21 through Saturday, June 25. A special feature for the June event is the C-54D Berlin Airlift Spirit of Freedom. Featured planes are the Piper PA- 18 Super Cub; the Piper L-4, L-18 and L-21
