Mill Hall man fatal victim in Hogan Boulevard dirt bike collision

BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP, PA – State police say a Mill Hall man died in a Sunday night collision at the intersection of Hogan Boulevard and the Draketown Road. The victim was identified as Scott N. Conrad, age 34.

Police said Conrad was operating an unregistered dirt bike with no lighting equipment northbound on Hogan Boulevard at 10:30 Sunday night, traveling in the right lane. A vehicle driven by Steven E. Williams of Flemington was southbound in the center turn lane on the Boulevard near its intersection with the Draketown Road.

Police said the crash occurred as Williams attempted to turn onto the Draketown Road and did not see the unlighted dirt bike. The dirt bike hit the front passenger side of the Williams’ vehicle, the bike going underneath the vehicle, Conrad sustaining fatal injuries.

Police said Williams was not injured.
