No injuries in Main Street rollover accident

LOCK HAVEN, PA – City police say a Lock Haven resident will be cited for using her phone while driving on E. Main Street Wednesday evening, the end result an accident with her car upside down. Police said the driver,

Amanda Selts, escaped injury when her car traveling in the 100 block of E. Main Street swiped a vehicle driven by Kayla Stine of Lock Haven.

Selts told police she was delivering a pizza for Door Dash and was using her phone to send a Door Dash message. When she looked down, police said, she swerved into the right lane and struck the Stine vehicle which had been parked and was pulling out, causing the Selts vehicle to roll over.

Police said Stine was able to drive her car from the accident scene; her vehicle sustained minor damage.
