Lock Haven’s Market on Main Street ready for Saturday

LOCK HAVEN, PA – Downtown Lock Haven Inc. is ready for Saturday’s ‘The Market on Main Street.’ The farmer’s market is open at the city’s E. Main Street municipal parking lot from 9 a.m. to 12 noon each Saturday and this Saturday’s weather looks to be near perfect. .

The Downtown market stall takes credit/debit cards or EBT payments only. Downtown representatives extended an invitation to the community to stop by through noon Saturday for produce and other locally grown items from a variety of other vendors.

This weekend is a pedestrian mall weekend on E. Main Street, the street closed to vehicular traffic from 3 p.m. Friday to 10 p.m. Saturday. A Friday highlight will be an appearance from the State College-based musical group, the Sultans. They will be performing at the Grove Street stage from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
