Four Lock Haven residents seek vacant City Council seat
LOCK HAVEN, PA – Four Lock Haven residents have submitted their names to fill a vacancy on city council. All four are to be interviewed by council at its Monday night meeting.
They are:
Jeff Brinker, W. Main Street;
Alexander Di Costanzo, Bellefonte Avenue;
Nathan Kownacki, Second Street;
William McGill, E. Water Street.
Brinker was a recent unsuccessful candidate for Lock Haven mayor; DiCostanzo is on the ballot for election to council this November.
Council is to consider the appointment after completing the interviews Monday night. The interviews will be conducted by way of ZOOM. A vacancy occurred when Bill Mincer stepped down in May.
