Daylight Savings Time Begins Sunday; Spring Ahead

LOCK HAVEN – We’ll all be getting up at 2 a.m. on Sunday to turn all our clocks forward one hour as daylight savings time officially begins at that time. Beginning Sunday, we all will get an extra hour of daylight up until 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 7 when daylight savings time ends and we will regain the hour of sleep we will be losing overnight tonight.

We can only hope that Sunday’s sunrise will be as nice as Saturday’s sunset, seen above.
