Texas man arrested in murder of Virginia woman found along Interstate 80

MILTON, PA – State police at Milton say they have obtained a warrant for the arrest of a Texas man on a homicide charge in the death of a Virginia woman whose body was found at the Mile Run exit of Interstate 80 on Feb. 7.

The accused, Tracy Ray Rollins Jr., 28, from Dallas, TX, was apprehended Wednesday in Milldale, CN by state police from Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Police said he is awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania.

The victim in the murder had been identified earlier this week as Rebecca Landrith, 47, from Virginia. Authorities earlier this week said the victim died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
