5th Annual Magic in the Air
Once again,the residents of Farwell did not disappoint with “A Little Magic in the Air.”
The entire Farwell community was lit up Saturday, December 12 with bright lights and decorations, treats were handed out and Santa made an appearance to wave to all the children. A mailbox was placed along the route for letters to Santa. Due to COVID-19 it was a drive through only event. In past years it was a walking tour and trailer rides.
The event started in 2016 as an idea and a wish. Cheryl Daubert, a then resident of Central Avenue was sick with cancer and it was thought to be her last year to see Christmas lights before being called home.
The homes remain lit for the Christmas season for all to enjoy.
