Calm before the Storm; Major Storm to Begin Wednesday around Noon
STATE COLLEGE, PA – The National Weather Service has updated its winter storm watch for Wednesday into Thursday in Clinton County and it’s not good.
The most recent update calls for 11 to 17 inches with heavier amounts in some areas. The snow will begin as showers at 11 a.m. Wednesday, turn to all snow at 1 p.m. Wednesday, fall at its heaviest Wednesday evening and night and continue overnight before turning back to snow showers at 4 a.m. on Thursday, ending by 9 a.m.
