If you thought, that if Trump lost the election, he would become increasingly desperate and frantic, you have been proven correct but I’d doubt that any of us could have predicted or imagined how unhinged and crazy it would get. Unable to face the thing he fears most in this world, that he is a “Loser”, he is declaring to anyone who will listen that the election was a “Fraud” and “Stolen.” The results among his frenzied base include crazy conspiracies, demands for recounts which have made little difference in the outcome, and outright threats of violence and death. Other results include:
1. Trump’s refusal to accept the results of the election is doing perhaps the worst damage of anything he has done to our Democracy.
2. Georgia REPUBLICAN Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger and his family have had to get protection due to death threats to him and his family.
3. Top Georgia election official, Gabriel Sterling, another REPUBLICAN , came out this week, angrily telling Trump to “Stop inspiring people to commit potential acts of violence… It has all gone too far and has to stop.” He has also received death threats.
4. Trump is raising money on this issue, raking in $210 Million as of this writing, which, despite his followers’ naïve beliefs that their money will return him to the White House, he is free to spend on anything he desires.
5. As for Conspiracy Theories among Trumpers, Trump attorney, Sidney Powell is promoting the theory that the company counting the ballots is owned by 2 Venezuelans, allies of Hugo Chavez. (who has been dead since 2013.) Rudy Giulani testified that shipments of Biden votes arrived at the “right moment” election night. The best one is from Roger Stone, convicted felon pardoned by Trump, claiming that North Korean boats delivered loads of ballots through a harbor in Maine.
6. Trump fired his OWN top Cypersecurity official, Chris Krebs, for announcing that this was the fairest and most smoothly-run election in U.S. history.
7. Blaming the Dominion voting machines for “stealing” the election, Trump must have forgotten that of the 14 counties in Pennsylvania using those machines, he won 12.
The reality of the voting process in the U.S. is that elections are held at the State and County level – not by the federal government. Thousands of loyal patriots volunteer to spend long, grueling hours processing, checking, and counting millions of ballots in every county in America. To accuse these loyal Americans of “fraud” and besmirch their integrity is an insult to them, their families, and is a threat to the most sacred institution of our Democracy. Many of them have also endured threats.
These radical and dangerous people were highly insulted with Hillary Clinton called them “Deplorable” during the 2016 election. They are now clearly proving that she was correct.
