COVID-19 Update: Clinton, Up 37; Centre, Up 87; Lyco, Up 65

HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health COVID Data Dashboard Tuesday said that as of 12:00 a.m., Dec.8, that statewide there were 10,170 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 436,614.

The state reported an additional 169 deaths attributed to the coronavirus, the state total 11,542.

Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 37 to 9994; Centre County, up 87 to 6,976; Lycoming up 65 to 2,978. Other area counties include Cameron, 37; Clearfield, 2,341; Potter, 360; and Union, 1,954.

Thus far 6,276 Clinton County residents have tested negative for COVID-19, an increase of 24 from Monday.
