Jackson Court Appearance in Death of Nephew Continued
LOCK HAVEN, PA – Jamie Lynn Jackson, the 36-year-old Lock Haven woman charged with homicide in the death of her nine-year-old nephew a week ago, had been scheduled for a Central Court appearance in Clinton County Court Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. but word came late Monday afternoon it has been continued.
Jackson has been in custody at the Clinton County Correctional Facility in default of bail since her arrest on Dec. 2, two days after authorities found the body of her nephew, Anson Stover, in a bathtub at their E. Bald Eagle Street home.
According to information from Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse, the Tuesday appearance was continued at the request of Jackson’s public defender attorney, Patrick Johnson. No new date has been scheduled as of yet.
