COVID-19 Update: Clinton, Up 54; Centre, Up 113; Lyco, Up 98
HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health COVID Data Dashboard Sunday said that as of 12:00 a.m., Dec.6, that statewide there were 8.560 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 420,114. The total new caseload is down more than four thousand from Saturday’s one-day record of 12,884.
The state reported an additional 69 deaths attributed to the coronavirus, the state total 11,331.
Local counties’ numbers: Clinton County, up 54 to 944; Centre County, up 113 to 6,866; Lycoming up 98 to 2,849. Other area counties include Cameron, 32; Clearfield, 2,173; Potter, 338; and Union, 1,887.
Thus far 6,248 Clinton County residents have tested negative for COVID-19, an increase of 13 from Saturday.
