Tracy Smith New KCSB Board President
BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP – The Keystone Central School Board elected a new president at its reorganizational meeting Thursday night. Tracy Smith was the unanimous board choice to replace Boise “Bo” Miller who had served in that position for the last two years.
Smith represents the board’s Region V, Lock Haven’s First Ward and Woodward and Colebrook townships.
The board also elected a new vice-president in Randy Strouse. He replaces Roger Ellling in that position. That vote was also unanimous and no other names were placed in nomination for either post.
There were no comments from any board member relative to the changes and the session was amicable. The board approved a meeting schedule for 2021 and filled various district liaison positions.
The reorganizational meeting was to be followed by the board’s December voting session.
