Identity Released in Death of Lock Haven Youth; Investigation Continues
LOCK HAVEN, PA – Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse on Tuesday afternoon released an updated statement on the Monday death of a Lock Haven youth. The release came from the District Attorney and Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna:

On November 30, 2020, the Lock Haven City Police, Clinton County Coroner, Clinton County District Attorney’s Office and PA State Police responded to 657 East Bald Eagle Street in the City of Lock Haven to investigate the death of a 9-year-old boy who was located inside the residence.
At 1615 hours, Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna pronounced the death of Anson Landon Mitchell Stover, born 2/15/11. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
The law enforcement investigation is ongoing with an autopsy scheduled to be performed on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.

Keystone Central School District Superintendent Jacquelyn Martin posted a message that noted the victim was a fourth-grader at Robb Elementary School and that counseling is available within the school district for those in need. She said the youth also had a sibling attending Central Mountain Middle School.
