Lock Haven Posts Halloween Guidelines

LOCK HAVEN, PA – While Lock Haven’s annual Halloween parade will not be held this year due to the coronavirus, the city has announced that trick-or-treating will be allowed on Saturday, Oct. 31. Hours will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

According to a notice on the city website, households interested in participating should have their front porch lights on during those hours.
And the city issued this rejoinder:

COVID-19 update: If you are a grown-up with concerns about your children being exposed to COVID-19, you are encouraged not to participate in door-to-door trick-or-treat. If you are a household with concerns about the spread of COVID-19 by having individuals who are not members of your household stopping by your home, you are encouraged to not participate in Trick-or-Treat by keeping your porch light off from 6-8 on October 31.
